NPQ Middle Leadership
We know that the quality of teaching in our classrooms is the single most important factor to enable pupils to achieve their full potential. That's why we invest in the development of our people to help them to be the best teachers they can be.
We design and deliver bespoke development for schools to meet the needs of their teams. All our professional development programmes are designed to have a direct impact on pupil outcomes, delivered by serving practitioners.

This includes those who are, or are aspiring to be a middle leader with cross-school responsibilities e.g. a Specialist Leader of Education (SLE).
Those who are, or are aspiring to become a senior leader with cross-school responsibilities e.g. an experienced middle leader, a deputy head teacher, an assistant head teacher, or other senior staff e.g. a Director of a Teaching School Alliance (TSA).
The curriculum framework is built around six content areas and seven leadership behaviours, all of which are com-mon to each level of NPQ, enabling leaders to develop the depth and breadth of knowledge and experience progressively through the levels.
